Dr. Siti Fairuz Che Othman is an assistant professor at International Islamic University Malaysia specialised in Food Colloids and Processing. Her work focuses on the field of food technology looking into soft matter materials such as hydrogels. She has keen interest to engage with the community to share her knowledge. She aspire to help local community to optimise and enhance their economic potential through the development of the marine food industry.
