Dr Nurul Iman Aminudin is an assistant professor at International Islamic University Malaysia specialised in Natural Product Chemistry. Her work focuses on the field of chemistry specifically on discovering lead compounds from natural sources for drug application. In the marine field, she also has keen interest to look into the potential of marine ecosystems for natural drug sources. As she works closely with natural sources that never ceases to amaze her what nature can offer to man, she aspires  to engage with the community to spread awareness on nature conservation especially the marine ecosystems.
